Rivièra Maison has evolved from a supplier and seller of home decoration to a strong international brand with points of sale worldwide. Our collections are modern and make you feel at home wherever you are.
Now we would like to establish a German-speaking customer service in Germany to be able to help our customers in a direct way and to relieve our colleagues in the head office in Amsterdam.
What we are looking for:
A contact person for all our customers and the face of our company!
You will help our customers with their questions:
You will remain in constant contact with the staff at our head office and our shops, the logistics centre and the carriers, in order to be able to look after our customers as best and as quickly as possible!
You are the first telephone contact point for our customers, generally on the subject of online orders and store-related specifically on the subject of furniture complaints. And you will process and answer issues such as delivery status and act proactively in the event of delivery delays.
