Rivièra Maison is a leading interior design brand where atmosphere and experience are paramount. Our wide range of furniture and accessories is designed entirely in-house and each product is unique because it is handmade in authentic studios around the world. 


Rivièra Maison has evolved from a supplier and seller of home decoration to a strong international brand with points of sale worldwide. Our collections are modern and make you feel at home wherever you are.
Now we would like to establish a German-speaking customer service in Germany to be able to help our customers in a direct way and to relieve our colleagues in the head office in Amsterdam.


What we are looking for:

A contact person for all our customers and the face of our company!

You will help our customers with their questions:

  • about articles
  • about the online purchasing process
  • about complaint processing
  • about the order status
  • on the return of products


You will remain in constant contact with the staff at our head office and our shops, the logistics centre and the carriers, in order to be able to look after our customers as best and as quickly as possible!

You are the first telephone contact point for our customers, generally on the subject of online orders and store-related specifically on the subject of furniture complaints. And you will process and answer issues such as delivery status and act proactively in the event of delivery delays.


You are OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE if:

  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority and you always focus on this;
  • you are friendly and motivated and enjoy working in a young and dynamic company;
  • you are committed, proactive and highly motivated;
  • you have good empathy and are flexible and solution-oriented when dealing with complex customer issues;
  • you are fluent in written and spoken German; Dutch and English are an advantage;
  • and you already have a lot of experience with customer support and ideally also experience with Salesforce, Agresso and Magento, this is an absolute plus.
