We are Thomas, Roza, Charlotte, Fincy and Roosmarie. Together we form the Human Resources team. Entrepreneurship, enthusiasm and above all an eye for the human being is what drives us. We are a close team and work closely together. Within our team we are working together to bring HR and Recruitment to the next level.

In this stand alone role as HR Business Partner, you are responsible for developing, realising and monitoring our HR policy, in line with our overall strategy. People management and change management are central in this, because we are in development. On a daily basis, you advise and guide various managers of our office, shops and distribution centre on general staffing issues such as planning, development, absenteeism, evaluation interviews and mobility. You actively contribute to their growth through your coaching capacities. Data is important to us, which means that you will be responsible for various necessary HR reports. Because there are so many wonderful challenges within HR, we think it is important that you are proactive and take on various HR-related projects. You have to like building with our team and be given the freedom in which your input and creativity are appreciated.
