We are the Buying team. We are 4 highly motivated colleagues who are connected through our passion for buying. Our working environment is dynamic, where no day is the same. Therefore a 9 to 5 mentality does not fit in here. We are looking for a proactive and administrative star who stands firmly in his/her shoes!
Your role
Your role as a buyer administrator comes with many responsibilities, as this role is crucial for a smooth-running department and the company as a whole. You are responsible for a timely and accurate administration of Rivièra Maison's buying process for furniture. This includes creating and placing the showroom, keeping track of repeat and bulk orders, maintaining master data of the suppliers and working out the Quote sheets. In short, the main purpose of the role is to provide a full range of administrative support and allround assistance to the buying team. Furthermore, you are our gatekeeper when it comes to monitoring delivery times, in which you seek cooperation with your stakeholders. You communicate constructively with partners and ensure perfect product administration in our systems. Accurate and data-driven work is in your DNA. You report to our Senior Buyer Furniture and work closely together with our different departments, agents and suppliers. We would like you to think along about optimising the purchasing process.
