We are looking for a Sales Manager BE with an entrepreneurial mindset who gets energy from the hunt, combined with the skills to manage our sales team in Belgium.

Your role

As Sales Manager Belgium you are responsible for developing and executing our commercial wholesale strategy for our national market in Belgium. You will make sure your strategy is in line with the general growth plans of the company. You will direct key objectives to ensure you deliver on revenue goals. You (in)directly create and maintain long-term relationships, maximize sales opportunities and generate new business. Just meeting commercial goals is not enough for you, you will always strive to exceed your goals. In this stand-alone role, you are willing to build up your own team in Belgium and direct an agent in France. You’re a true entrepreneur, working on the road, occasionally from home and seasonally from our beautiful showroom in Amsterdam. You will report to the Head of Sales in Amsterdam. Travelling frequently is part of the job. Furthermore, you will:

  • Oversee search of potential new customers to expand our footprint in the Belgium market;
  • Structure and develop Sales activities in the market;
  • Monitor developments and customer needs, analyse market trends and adopt this into the value proposition.

Our ideal candidate

  • has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the living or beauty industry;
  • has knowledge of Belgium or Benelux area, this is a big plus;
  • is fluent in Dutch and English, French is a big bonus.
